The sixth annual Mother's Day Brunch at the Saint Charles Convention Center is an elegant dining event for families of any size. Our customized menu created by our award-winning Executive Head Chef Roland Scheller for 2014 includes:
- Cheese display, Fruit display, Breakfast Breads with Sweet Butter, Peel and eat Shrimp, Cocktail Sauce, Ice carving, Garden Salad, Pasta Salad, Marinated Vegetable Salad
- Omelette station (2) - Choice of ingredients

- Waffles with Syrup, Whipped butter and berry sauce
- Blintzes with fruit compote

Plus enjoy the peaceful music of a live violin trio and a complimentary flower for mom on her special day. Seating times are staggered on the half hour throughout the morning and afternoon, starting at 10:00 AM and ending at 1 PM.
